Care Giver Competency Review and Quiz

Welcome to the Silver Lining online training program that will help to brush-up on your current skills and offer information to learn new skills.  It is important to participate in each module because the exam at the end will include questions from each of the modules.  You can spend as much time as you like reviewing the information provided in each of the modules.

At the end of the training, there will be an online test.  The test will have 50 questions.  You will need to score 80 percent or above.  In order to score 80 percent, you must get 40 questions correct.  You can take the test as many times as you like.  Each time you take the test, the questions will be different.  Once you pass the test, you will receive a “certificate of completion” that you must sign and submit to Silver Lining.  The training must be completed before 05/31/23 or you will be unable to work until it is completed.
