Fee Schedule
Monday through Sunday $23.15 / hour
4 or more consecutive hours
($18.00 to Direct Care Worker/$5.15 to Silver Lining)
Monday through Sunday $25.85 / hour
Under 4 consecutive hours
($19.00 to Direct Care Worker/$6.85 to Silver Lining)
Live-in 24 hours (One person) $230.00 / day
($190.00 to Direct Care Worker/$40.00 to Silver Lining)
Additional charge for more than one person to DCW and Silver Lining
Use of DCW’s automobile: $0.70 per/mile to DCW
Minimum unit for calculating fee: 1/2 hour
2 hour show up fee if service is not cancelled prior to 4 hours of start time
